Delivery Area
Tesora.ae currently only delivers within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Orders outside these areas are not accepted.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at info@almashy.ae within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, Tesora.ae will arrange collection of the returned item directly from the customer.
Return collection is currently available only within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
Please do not send items back independently unless instructed to do so after approval of your return request.

Return Collection Costs
Customers are responsible for return collection costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, Tesora.ae will arrange collection at no additional cost.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale and discounted items
- Custom or personalised products
- Personal care items where applicable
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and place a separate order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
This section applies only where required by applicable law.
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days.
Returned items must remain unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging together with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect the returned item and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
