Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or UAE public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
Shipping Locations
Tesora.ae currently ships and delivers only within:
• Dubai
• Sharjah
• Ajman
United Arab Emirates
Orders placed outside these delivery areas cannot be fulfilled and may be cancelled.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Free shipping is available on orders with a total value of AED 200 or more.
Orders below AED 200 may be subject to a delivery fee, which will be shown at checkout.
All prices and shipping charges are shown in AED unless otherwise stated.

• Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman: 1–5 business days

Where available, customers will receive order updates and tracking information after dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Tesora.ae is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect shipping details.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to unavailable recipients, incorrect addresses, or repeated failed delivery attempts, Tesora.ae may contact the customer to arrange redelivery or cancel the order where appropriate.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@almashy.ae so that we can assist.
